| Once upon a time...
i opened a new post, and i havent posted, because i'm waaaay too tired. it's 3.04am now!~

so i'm back again. Monday was the science centre! Church was giving free tickets to the Magic exhibition held in the science centre and my younger bros took 3 tickets assuming it was 6. So we had to purchase 4 child tickets when we got there. (Notice something fishy here, hehe.) Lucky thing we brought our lunch there: fried rice. So no queuing and spending money on food. It was pretty fun there, and i kinda took a liking to the magic show there. my father says he's one of singapore's top professional magicians! lol. he slipped up twice but it didnt reveal any of his tricks though. man! i thought i could spot some of the tricks used. the exhibition itself was quite average, but i spotted this cool "trick" which actually just makes use of science. First, you see a bronze bowl filled with water. all you gotta do is wet your hands, and rub the handle. then, you'll see something cool! haha. shan't elaborate (maybe cause i dont know how to =p). then we went to see the other normal exhibits, so i was practically teaching my two younger bros about this and that, here and there. the only thing i found new and interesting was the iSPACE area, about information technology and other develeopments and advancements. I also read the stuffs inside nanotechnology and they seems pretty cool (for someone who doesnt take physics..). So we went to IMM after that and my mum went to Daiso for some low-cost christmas shopping, and after a while i took my younger bros and started roaming inside the store. pretty meaningless actually, so i went out shortly to find some seats to rest, and using my tablet. Later on, while passing by popular my mother wanted to sign up members for no idea whom, and it cost me 30 mins of xiao niang re show. oh well nvm, martin filled me in about some really VAGUE details, but i couldnt demand more anyway.. heh.

on tuesday, i set my alarm to 11am but woke up at 12pm instead. i think i need to change my ringtone to a screaming one nowadays... then i'll be able to startle myself awake. no joke lol. i might sound crazy but i played some bejewelled after washing up to get my mind alert and running haha. Left house at 12.40 to proceed to student care to take my lunch (save money this way); im becoming some stingy freak lol. after that, since i promised weiting to help wrap presents at all saints home, yea, i was there earlier than expected. surprising you would say. the initial mood and atmosphere was quiet and tense but after a short while of briefing, we were all geared up and we started on the sports towels. Next on the list was an awful lot, namely towels, bedsheets, metal plates, SKIPPING ROPES?!, an mp3 player. thanks to the abundant resources there, we just use them on whim and kinda wasted some in the process. HECK! the woman was treating us like slaves anyway. she even asked us to transfer some objects from one plastic bag to another. i was like WHAT THE.?.! do i look like your freaking maid? All these just because she was assuming we were there for the CIP hours and she wanted to work our asses off, although there were 5 girls there. Kind lady. Absolutely. then again, being the only guy there sucks too. they started screaming because there was this humongous cockroach that appeared, and what would be the social norm? The guy to catch it. I'm not afraid of it of course, but they wanted me to catch it without killing it. That's difficult because i usually Kill.On.Sight insects. even ants, that right. So i just swept it into the next room through the hole beneath the door. THEN they were still panicking about in case it might come out room, even worse, FLY OUT of the room when the door is closed - like SUPERCOCKROACH whatnot. so it lasted like from 1.30 pm to 6.30; a friggin five hours wrapping presents. ended with me walking home alone. poor me, cus the rest took a bus. and oh ya, cherie had like 3 of that laughing spasms that day. thinking of that makes me wanna laugh hahah.

Okay more pictures. eh, only had 1.. i didnt dare to take pictures since all girls there. lol.
this is the metal plates nicely wrapped with ribbons; cherie's design i think.
